Terms and Conditions

These Khalti88 terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the platform, including the website, the mobile app, and all related services. By registering, logging in, depositing funds, or placing a wager, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this document:

“The Platform” — the website, mobile application, and associated services operated for players in Nepal.
“The User” / “You” — any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the platform.
“Account” — the personal player account created upon registration.
“Services” — casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, esports betting, and related features.
“Games” — gaming products supplied by third-party providers and made available through the platform.
“Bonus” — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered subject to specific terms.
“NPR” — Nepalese Rupee, the default currency of the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
You must be legally permitted to use online betting services where you live. It is your responsibility to check local law before registering or depositing.
Only one account per person is permitted. Creating additional accounts — directly or through another person — is a breach of these Terms.
Employees of the operator and its affiliated companies may be barred from holding player accounts.

3. Account Registration

Registration information must be accurate and kept current. False identity or contact details may lead to suspension or closure.
You may be asked to complete KYC before withdrawals. Documents typically accepted include a Nepali citizenship card, national ID, or passport, plus proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement. A selfie or live check may also be required.
You are responsible for keeping passwords, OTP codes, and device access private. Notify support at once if you suspect unauthorised use.
The operator may suspend or close accounts where there is evidence of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or other violations of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Balances, deposits, and withdrawals are processed in NPR unless a promotion states otherwise.
Available methods may include Khalti, eSewa, IME Pay, and local bank transfer where enabled. The cashier list can change without notice.
Minimum deposit: NPR [amount]. Maximum deposit: NPR [amount] per transaction (limits may vary by method).
Minimum withdrawal: NPR [amount]. Maximum withdrawal: NPR [amount] per day (higher limits may apply to verified VIP accounts).
The first withdrawal and withdrawals above set thresholds require completed KYC. Extra documents may be requested.
E-wallet deposits usually credit within minutes. Withdrawals are reviewed before release and may take longer on public holidays or during banking cut-offs.
Payment instruments must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not allowed.
Chargebacks, reversals, or fraudulent payment claims may result in account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting where required.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses are discretionary and governed by the terms published with each offer.
Unless an offer is labelled “no-turnover,” bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before related winnings can be withdrawn. Multipliers, game contribution rates, and excluded titles are stated on the offer.
A maximum bet limit applies while a bonus is active. Exceeding it may void the bonus and associated winnings.
Unused bonus funds and incomplete wagering expire at the time stated on the offer.
The operator may void bonuses and related winnings where there is evidence of abuse, including multi-accounting, syndicated play, or exploitation of errors.
Specific promotion terms override these general Terms where they conflict.

6. Gaming Rules

Games are supplied by independent third-party studios and run under each studio’s certified rules and payout tables.
All games come from licensed and independently checked providers. RNG games use certified random number generators. Live dealer results are determined on camera. Sports and esports markets settle on official results and sport-specific rules.
Software malfunctions void all plays and pays for the affected round unless the supplier’s rules state otherwise.
Maximum payout limits may apply to individual games or product groups. Those limits appear in the game help or rules where published.
The operator may void bets where there is a clear pricing error, system fault, or evidence of exploitation.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following are prohibited and may lead to immediate closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting:

Fraud, including stolen payment instruments or false identity documents
Bots, scripts, or other automated tools used to manipulate play
Operating or using more than one account
Collusion with other players
Money laundering or any illegal financial use of the platform
Use by anyone under 18
Exploiting bugs or system errors for financial gain
Using VPNs or location-spoofing tools to bypass restrictions or promotion rules

8. Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

You may request account closure at any time through customer support.
Any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned subject to identity checks and outstanding compliance reviews.
Self-exclusion blocks access for a set period (for example 6 months, 1 year, or permanently). The account cannot be reopened until that period ends.

9. Intellectual Property

Text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, and streamed content belong to the operator or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the platform for personal entertainment only.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is.” Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the platform.
The operator is not liable for losses from gameplay outcomes. All games involve risk.
Third-party providers are responsible for their software under their own licences. The operator provides access; it does not control game mechanics.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Dispute Resolution

Contact support first with your username, transaction references, timestamps in NPT (Nepal Time), and a clear description of the issue.
If the first response does not resolve the matter, you may ask for escalation to a senior staff member.
Disputes that cannot be resolved internally may be referred to an independent mediator or relevant authority.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.

12. Changes to Terms

The operator may amend these Terms for legal, operational, or product reasons. Material changes will be posted on the platform or sent by email where appropriate. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version.

Continued use after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the platform and request account closure.
